Downloading

On purchase, each Blueprint media file has unlimited download attempts for a period of 5 days. After 5 days you will not be able to download the products so please ensure you download within this time frame.

All of our media files are too large to be forwarded as attachments in emails so there is always an element of downloading required to access our products.

System requirements

Please ensure that your phone or computer is able to accept PDF files and MP3 files.

Your phone or device may download them into a zip file or download folder which may require them to be extracted. Please ensure that you know where the products are being downloaded to in order for you to retrieve them.

It is common that your phone will automatically download the files to a default place. This is most commonly in a folder called FILES and/or DOWNLOADS. Please check these areas before contacting us.

Consumer rights 

In line with the consumer rights act 2015 digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
